Are you considering joining the Helena Dolphins Swim Team? Want to learn more about our program? You have come to the right place. We are currently recruiting swimmers for the 2024 summer swim season.  Our goal is to help nurture athletes to develop confidence, respect, discipline and dedication that will help them be successful in life.  We provide swimmers of all ages and abilities the opportunity to participate in the sport and to provide a lifelong enjoyment of swimming.

 

Requirements to join: swim 25 yards of freestyle, swim 25 yards of backstroke without assistance
